Background/History
Isaiah 55:10–11 (“...watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it YIELDS seed for the sower and bread for the eater”).
Our Story
YIELD Ethiopia began with the simple, personal commitment of a local family having experienced hardship firsthand. Inspired by their faith, the name "YIELD" comes from the promise of growth and provision found in the Bible. What started as a volunteer effort to support orphans and street children has grown into a dedicated team working to tackle poverty, unemployment, and climate challenges in the Wolaita Zone. We are rooted in the community, working daily to restore dignity through lasting, local solutions.
